Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of pre-order products:

• All pre-order sales are considered final once production has begun.
• Orders cannot be canceled or refunded solely due to standard production wait times within the stated 4–8 week pre-order window.
• Refund requests outside of exceptional circumstances are handled at our discretion.

Chargeback Policy

By placing a pre-order with our store, you agree to the stated production timeline of 4–8 weeks.

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before the end of the stated pre-order fulfillment period acknowledge that the order is still within the agreed processing timeline. In such cases:

• We reserve the right to provide proof of the customer’s agreement to the pre-order terms, estimated timeline, order confirmation, and fulfillment policy to the payment provider.
• Any chargeback filed before the conclusion of the 4–8 week pre-order period may be formally disputed and contested with supporting evidence.
• Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
